We are looking for an English Language Teacher for an international school based in Beijing. This position is available from the upcoming 2026-27 school year starting in August 2026. Job Responsibilities Teach English Language Arts to middle and high school students in grades G6 to G12, ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience Prepare lessons, teaching materials, assessments, and report comments according to the school curriculum and academic requirements Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide clear learning targets to support student improvement Provide timely and constructive feedback to students, parents, and caregivers Collaborate with other teachers and school departments to support curriculum development and student learning Create a supportive, safe, and positive classroom environment for all students Qualifications At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience Experience teaching English Language Arts, AP, or a related subject is preferred Bachelor’s degree or above is preferred Teaching qualification such as TEFL, PGCE, QTS, or equivalent is preferred but not required Salary and Benefits Monthly salary of 25,000 to 35,000 RMB commensurate with qualifications and experience Monthly housing allowance or apartment support negotiable Paid winter and summer holidays, around 2–3 months per year Airfare allowance negotiable Social insurance provided Work visa sponsorship provided Meals available at the school canteen Dependent child education benefit negotiable
